Sanparks has never shown much interest in international tourism, they rather interested in the local market. Now that the local market is in an economical crisis with low domestic spending they suddenly offer a whopping 5%...which government brighty came up with this idea?
Internatonal tourist benefit from a much better service at private properties!!! Food in the parks are mediocre and overpriced as well. When I was last in Kruger Park I thought my (very oily breakfast) bacon were Lays chips and my toast looked more like charcoal...
The large operators benefit from this as they are into cattle tourism anyways.

I suggest the grammar gets checked before posting as the sentence under high occupancy does not make sense.

There is nothing favourable about 5% commission even if you are a new entrant into the market
