So that means people departing from Nelspruit need to leave their lodge at approximately 04h00, depending on how far they stay from the airport. And the guests flying into Nelspruit would only arrive at the lodge after 20h00. Therefore missing a sunset drive and possibly dinner. And then operators like Kulula say they can't fly that route because there are not enough demand... Therefore leaving Airlink with a monopoly to charge any ridiculous fees they want. Where is the logic in that? Fun fact - it is cheaper to fly return from Cape Town to Sao Paolo Brazil, than it is flying return from Cape Town to Nelspruit.

Relax people, there is a second daily flight to Cape Town, departs CPT @ 10:00 arrives MQP @ 12:35; departs MQP @ 13:15 and arrive CPT @ 15:45, so no-one misses their sunset drive or early morning drive unless you are picking up / dropping off at some of the far off lodges.

As for the prices, agree they are ridiculous, but there is nothing I can do about them.

Hi Tom. So who can do something about the prices? There are many people who would love to go to the Kruger Park but can't afford the flights and don't want to spend a whole day driving from OR Tambo.

Hi Tom, so sad to hear you cannot do anything about the prices.... a man of your stature!
