I am constantly amazed at how projects like these are tabled every few years, extensive costs incurred in overseas study tours and conferences only to be shelved because it is not viable. In the ideal world a demographic and economic feasibility is done before the project is tabled for consideration. If the private sector is to develop and finance the operation why would the government need to embark on an international study tour of cable ways?
