TOTALLY O/T: Guess what? This wog woman just completed her first FULL marathon! There were no poles or any other things theta. I just ran 42.195 kms or 26.2188 miles just for fun. I didn't pay thousands of dollars for it only the race entrance fee. :P

Ibuprofen wouldn't be a bad idea for the pain. Works great on muscle aches, at least in my experience.

Spa, no but a sauna, yes. ;) I have to get a massage on Monday asap.
