The new leftist trend will be "groomin while shroomin".

Harry Areola • 10 months ago

He's such a fungi to be around too. Besides, the mushroom is now America's "spirit plant". We're fed a bunch of bull schiff and left in the dark.

beyondnegrodome • 10 months ago

Jenkem is the answer to his problems.

DemocratsareFascists • 10 months ago

You would be correct.

(whose schiff/piss is he inhaling is the question)

The Saint • 10 months ago

Magic mushrooms are probably responsible for the mental state that Fetterman finds himself in now. Wash those mushrooms down with some bourbon, John.

bobdog19006 • 10 months ago

Giving drugs to mentally unstable people makes about as much sense as requiring cancer patients to accept Covid shots before they qualify for surgery.

The Dreaded Beheaded • 10 months ago

Plenty of evidence shoes MICRODOSING--not to be confused with getting wanged off the stuff--has major and lasting benefits to those who suffer from certain mental health disorders. But let us just continue to blast big pharma and its push to turn depressed people into psycho killers with fluoxetine, rather than actually find a positive, natural alternative.

Harry Areola • 10 months ago

Ack! Maybe that's what has been fermenting in Joetard's hollow head. It's about to sprout legs and detach itself from its host soon.

conwaypoppa • 10 months ago

Even germs don't want to live in Obiden. That man is demented, crooked, sleazy and perverted. Of course, these are all positive attributes to a Democrat voter.

Hey it fits on a bumper sticker.

SpaceCoastConservative.com • 10 months ago

His brain?

Saltherring • 10 months ago

His brain would fit in a thimble. Magic Mushrooms would probably increase his 'intellect'.

SpaceCoastConservative.com • 10 months ago

True that.

Soma187 • 10 months ago

In this case though, Fetterman is actually correct... go look at the science journals.. shrooms, ketamine will be the new class of anti-depressants, they actually work without the side effect of turning someone into a school shooter like the current anti-depressants do to people.

lets be real, the current anti-depressants are the one thing in common with all these mass shooters... the science shows that mushrooms, ketamine and MDMA (ecstacy) actually works in the treatment of Depression, Anxiety and PTSD without turning someone into a raging killer like the current psyche meds are doing.

so it is possible for Fetterman to mumble something that is indeed factual. Science is there.

The Dreaded Beheaded • 10 months ago

I don't get it. Microdosing studies have had nothing but positive results on mental health conditions like PTSD and depression. What is wrong with the idea of finally opening up an avenue to a natural alternative to manmade pharmaceutal poison? Serious question.

Dr Sam’s Family • 10 months ago

They are not “natural alternatives”. The active compound(s) have to be isolated, characterized and studied just like any other drug approved by FDA. Doesn’t make ‘shrooms any better. Those active compound(s) will be synthesized in a laboratory to FDA standards just like other drugs.

Ketamine is heavily restricted for use in only the most hard to treat patients because it is so highly addicting.

Don’t believe me? Read the FDA regs.

Rod Serling would be astounded by how prescient he was.

At least he never said that Guam might capsize. Not that you can understand anything he says.

At least you don't think he said it. He might have, but who can tell?

Fetterman is a Senator not a Congressman

JunkMonkey • 10 months ago

The Senate is part of Congress.

Chris G • 10 months ago

Thanks to the 17th Amendment (which I would love to see repealed) every American has THREE Congressmen/women that are elected by them: 2 Senators & 1 Representative.

I think it's "elected FOR them" nowadays.

Liberal Logic 101

> Taking guns from law-abiding people, and not criminals, will reduce crime.
> Electric vehicles getting their energy from coal burning plants will reduce CO2
> Having an open border reduces the flow of immigrants.
> Chopping your body parts off will make you happier
> War is peace
> Freedom is slavery
> Ignorance is strength
> Giving hallucinogens to mentally unstable people will make them sane

Wasao わさお • 10 months ago

Never park your car near electric vehicles. Your car will be destroyed by the electric vehicles when electric vehicles catch on fire caused by the electric vehicles giant battery.

JunkMonkey • 10 months ago

Ever heard of microdosing? It's actually quite effective at relieving mental issues such as depression and anxiety and doesn't make you trip. The world isn't as black and white as you might think.

Robert H. Short • 10 months ago

So you're saying Fetterman is sane?

The New Sons of Liberty 76 • 10 months ago

No and he probably has never did mushrooms, and if he did them he was that stupid frat kid back in high school that couldn't handle them.

Shawn Ryan and a lot of former Special Forces operators have stated that psychedelics helped them overcome PTSD. Is you solution the big Pharma alternative?

I have experimented with psychedelics and I am a Constitutional Conservative, you can look at my public post history. I'm not saying all drugs should be legal/decriminalized, however mushrooms are literal plants/fungi to be exact.

Northwoods_Hunter • 10 months ago

There are some banned substances that when used properly could help a lot of people.

However, we are talking about their use by an idiot who has a drug habit with brain damage caused by a stroke. For him the answer seems pretty obvious. Absolutely not.

Jim • 10 months ago

I knew a guy once who drank a cup of 'shroom tea. He spent two days crawling around on hands and knees roaring like a lion. He swore off 'shrooms afterwards on the advice from his wife.

chicken kicker • 10 months ago

There may be some merit to this ?

Nerve Man • 10 months ago

There is legitimate research taking place in psychology regarding hallucinogens and PTSD but it's in it's infancy. Fetterman endorsing it is a joke. But maybe thats only how useful he is. Hey put the LSD market in Fetterman's lap what do we have to lose? Certainly not a reputation.

animal cracker • 10 months ago

This looks like a money thing. He was cheerleading PA's legit mushroom industry, hyping new market expansion.

The drug may have helped Fetterman to overcome some of his enormous difficulties, I don't know.
If researchers are having success, might as well use the treatments.

jena hobert • 10 months ago

Vets do not need mushrooms!! My 1st husband was a self medicating Vet. 3 tours on America. Everything he did that he would think he was in a fire on the boat. He was head of his fire team he got all his people out, did one more sweep found they had left Him. Fires happen alot on carriers.
After being carried out of "the fire" in a over the shoulder carry various times and every time it would be mushrooms.
As many drugs as the VA puts them on That will not solve squat, and make PTSD more prevalent.

Patty We❤️Trump • 10 months ago

well, I do believe Mushrooms are a great food.

Even the magic ones have medicinal benefits. However the guys such a freak I would not listen to anything this AI cyborg clone or his handler wife has to say.

jena hobert • 10 months ago

But only in small does. Most eat the whole thing.
One of my former bosses got some from his brother. He ate it all the night before was Still trippin'. He had also was doing the GNC testosterone lol.
That was the funniest day ever. I had to hide him in the back of our work area. Still lmao over that.
Yeah just say no to shrooms....

JunkMonkey • 10 months ago

North of the border, you can get pre-dosed capsules all day long. You'd have to eat 20 of them to trip. It's not like you just get a sack of shrooms to experiment with in this kind of situation. The fact that your former boss was an idiot doesn't mean anything.

Van Gogh • 10 months ago

That's funny. I Did them once when I was young
I hear a lot about "micro dosing". I do know a few people who never did drugs who are into gummies. Smh
