Thanks for your comment, Anil. You are right that the ASHAs would feel a lot more motivated.  

It was a pleasure to read about this initiative. I would like to state that its impact in entirety would be a motivated worker, definitely, but much more than this LOWER CHILD/MOTHER MORTALITY, and lower incidents of accidents during natal procedures. I pray to God for more success to such programmes. AG
