I cannot see Synthetic Records in my google domains? how would I get this to show?

I'm simple trying to set up a subdomain and cant find help or support anywhere online.

I have tried contacting google support, but the AI just sends back an email with completely the wrong information, any help much appreciated.

remove custom @ A record under "Custom resource records" (it likely points to an IP address)
