We're you able to maintain it since writing this blog entry?
I don't know if I'll get a notification if you manage to see this and respond. I'm very curious. I've been living with depression since, well, basically since puberty. I'm 43. I've lost an entire life to depression and after trying everything I could think of, I've coming to terms with the idea that not all of us make it out. I've always hoped I would but I fear that if that were the case then I should have already.
Anyways, I hope you were able to maintain the frame of mind that led you to write this. I hope your life has improved. I hope that you're happy. In all sincerity, I would trade the very occasional happy days I do get for just not being depressed.
I'm gonna rant or babble so I'm gonna leave it there. I'd love to learn if you have progressed or at least maintained. Not sure if I'll receive a notification because this is tied to my FB account which I can no long bring myself to look at, if you want to respond then I'd appreciate it if you sent it to my email.
