You can get a toothpaste from Japan called Apagard. It has medical Hydroxaptite which is the mineral of the apatite group that is the main inorganic constituent of tooth enamel and bone. It's supposed to be very successful in remineralizing teeth. There are a number of studies to support it and lot of people seem to think it helps. Here is a link to one article: https://bmcoralhealth.biome...

Also Sensodyne's toothpastes containing "NovaMin" (calcium sodium phosphosilicate), for those of us in jurisdictions that haven't banned it (*cough*U.S.). Though I understand this one mineralizes a sort of protective bio-glass on your teeth rather than helping the usual enamel formation process.

Thank you for this article! It's full of a lot of truth, which is difficult to find these days in the world of opinions stated as facts.

thank you very much. it is a very interesting article. it restores hope and strenghtens my belief on how the body is able to heal itself naturally based on healthy food. I went to my dentist yesterday asking him what shoudl i do to my tooth cavity that appears in an Xray. He said that no need for dental filling because the cavity is small and that it may take years without expanding. he added that there is no need to sacrifice the whole teeth for just a small cavity. he didn't mention diet to reverse a cavity but he made it clear that once you have tooth pain , probably it will be time to put a filling and this may happen after 1a long period of time . I looked at another X ray of a year ago and I noticed that the cavity I have now was there a year ago with the same size and nothing changes and if it wasn't the Xray I won't be able to notice it. Thanks to your article , I will do my best to follow a healthy diet not only to reverse cavities but also to help strengthen my teeth bones which are my big concern right now after having braces for 7 years which did huge damage to my teeth . I never expected that to my strong white teeth but it can be a blessing in disguise to take care of my whole body and not only my teeth.
