No one is being kidded here. Steffy would have Liam back as quick as a flash. Steffy has even admitted that, “under different circumstances they would be together”.
Steffy is advocating for their marriage for now but she does secretly want Liam. Steffy is telling him to work it out/fight for his marriage yet they show us her looking at that photo yesterday, so we still know that’s her true desire.
I don’t believe (well I’m hoping) Steffy will do anything to sway Liam because she will want to know in her heart if hearts that he chose her and came back to her 100% on his own.

She has to have Liam's child. She wished her first child with Wyatt was Liam. A lot of lip service today about Stephanie being a great mom to Phoebe but still not interacting with Kelly. No Kelly wasn't awake however she didn't go to see her since she missed them both. Kelly will forever be shunned by Hope because she is Liam's child and she doesn't have one to compete.
