Sorry, what? As a worship pastor and amateur Luther, I can tell you there is no such thing as a "worship guitar." I can also tell you that what the body is made of is pretty much irrelevant in an electric, as proven by oh so many luthiers on YouTube. The best guitar under $1000 you can buy is one that feels good to play, fits your budget, and has quality components. Pretty much everything else can be adjusted for in the setup or the mix. Do NOT get sucked in by the name on the headstock. Youll pay more for the name tha. It is worth. I've been playing for 20 years, and building my own electrics for 15.

Don't overlook Godin Guitars. My favorite Guitars across the board. They play great and sound amazing. Most models are extremely versatile.
