We have noticed that H1 tag with Brand Name of our webpage coming as Title in Google search

It's kind of a shit show really... Ton of ranking volatility. The claim that it doesn't affect rankings was a total lie. Even most SEOs don't understand what the heck is going on and what to directly do about it.

Where do you see ranking volatility? Can it be related to the seasonal factors, algorithms changes, competitors' activities, etc.?
As a searcher I've often faced a bad experience because a title doesn't describe a page content. I was frustrated. I think Google tries to solve this problem. Does Google do it in aperfect way? No, it doesn't. But it is better, than the titles that were created by marketers and SEO who try to scam searchers.
