Diversity is part of the chain, just the paper clip in the middle.

If the flag gives you cause for concern consider elsewhere. If the national anthem gives you cause for concern consider elsewhere. If the traditions give you cause for concern consider elsewhere.

They know this is a Christian country when they come here. This is more the woke left with their crazy ideas again. Why would anyone be offended by Christmas, and if they are they can go back where they came from. We might be offended by Diwali or other religions festivals but let them get on with it. Christianity is still the majority religion in this country.

Besien • 1 year ago
They claim that many people feel excluded and left out of the celebrations, while their own religious or spiritual festival is ignored and the pressure to spend large sums of money for “no real reason” is reinforced.

That cannot be Indians, South Asians or Asians in general. Beside the fact the Christmas is celebrated even in Buddhist Japan is that in places like India, Indonesia and other locations people of various faiths celebrate their holy days and the general population either joins in or goes about their own business. I cannot imagine they change when they go to England - Unless they are being indoctrinated to be intolerant in England

Janice Lello • 1 year ago

Christians in England have to suffer through Diwali and Eid and any other celebration. Those offended can "suffer" at Christmas, They are free to avoid the Christmas celebrations, markets, sales etc and continue working by not taking time off at Christmas, if Christmas celebrations in OUR OWN COUNTRY which we have had for centuries offend them so much.

David Tipping • 1 year ago

So are the other religions going to stop celebrating some ot theirs, like Ramadan etc?

Mark Smith • 1 year ago

This lobby group are purely divisive. All the Muslims I have worked with over the years celebrate christmas. They might do it in a slightly different way but they still put decorations up and buy the kids presents.

Steve Smith • 1 year ago

It is all about destroying our culture because it is all part of the globalist plan for a world without countries.

David Elliott • 1 year ago

So promoting Christmas is only serving a minority and should not be promoted for fear of upsetting middle class, white, woke morons who are themselves a tiny minority and are therefore an inconsequential minority. Also if Christianity is to be marginalised because it is an alleged minority then shouldn't, in the name of equality, the homosexual/lesbian/trans. community and ethnic minorities be treated the same.

Brian • 1 year ago

Another traitorous organisation.

Norman Salsen • 1 year ago

We will celebrate Christmas even more due to this rubbish, we have to suffer ramadan

Alistair • 1 year ago

Celebrate Christmas to suppress inclusivity. if anyone's offended you've 3 weeks to leave.

We had this shite start up in Birmingham about 2.5+ decades ago, due to Birmingham Council wanting to please the 'non indigenous,' (note, not Chinese, Sikh, Polish & others, the - - - well you know who I mean - coughIslamcough) yup Christmas was removed from council lighting & changed to 'WINTERVAL'. I think that lasted about 1 or 2 seasons.

wicked • 1 year ago

Considering how little religious Christmas is these days, I don't think members of other religions need to feel excluded. Not speaking about the fact that large numbers of them enjoy the Christmas indulgence as well.

sheila • 1 year ago

Words fail me and I am sad for our country. I'm well over eighty and worry for mine and for everyone's family and for their children's futures. How could our so-called LEADERS let this happen?

Kevin Madden • 1 year ago

Go to hell this is still at moment a Christian country and may of other faiths celebrate Xmas in their own way

James Dannenberg • 1 year ago

To all the intolerant atheistic secular elite: I wish them a MERRY CHRISTMAS ho... ho... ho...!
To all my Muslim, Hindu, Sikh and Buddhist friends, I wish you all the best and I know that you are 100% in favour of my celebrating Christmas openly, just as you celebrate your festivals openly. This intolerant attitude to Christmas does not originate with you, it comes from the malign poison of those who want to wipe out Christianity in the UK.

Alexa Smith • 1 year ago

As a Christian believer I know that He wasn't born at this time. In fact, if we look at what is recorded in Scripture, we know that the end of December is the time of the visitation to Mary by Gabriel, and He was born during the High and Holy Days. Still good to celebrate Someone who changed the world and is returning soon. In the Gospel of John chapter 10, Jesus was in the Temple at the time of the Feast of Dedication, Hannukah. I'll be celebrating twice as much this season. At the time of the Roman rule it was a capital offence to have the Hannukah lights showing. I'll have mine lit and face a few moments of ill will by no one round here.

Stoater • 1 year ago

OK, I don't share share your beliefs.
The issue is not whether or not you are a Christian or an atheist.
The problem is that a bunch of far left idiots are trying to impose their will on others.
They have NO right to do that.

Alexa Smith • 1 year ago

Yes, I agree and I was trying to point that out. People love the pagan time of Christmas, and who doesn't honestly appreciate a beautifully turned out Christmas tree, but even believers have very little knowledge of what we are really celebrating. I wish everyone Happy Hannukah, Merry Christmas and a Good New Year.

This is the website.
This outfit targets companies, NGOs and probably government departments by
providing "inclusivity audits".
Never give money to Big charities.
This is how much of the money is spent.

These useless knobheads need eliminating - if the others so-called " religions" feel left out - then bugger off home!!!! Don't come here!!!
I am sick of being bombarded about ""diversity "" !!! This is killing our co7ntry!!!

James Dannenberg • 1 year ago

Don't blame the Muslims and other religions. None of them oppose Christmas. Blame the intolerant woke brigade who wrongly imagine that Muslims etc. are offended by me celebrating Christmas openly. They aren't!

Stoater • 1 year ago

Exactly.

They have their special celebrations, so let us have ours, for goodness sake and shut up

I wonder where they carried out their survery. Where I live there are numerous churches all well attended. Take away the churches and the Salvation Army and this country would collapse. They have been trying to stop Christmas for the last 40 years to appease ethnic minorities, most of whom don't care anyway. We have been celebrating the birth of Jesus for the last 2,000 years. It is not a "festival of light" as the BBC put it, it is OUR tradition. Surely we as a majority deserve to celebrate OUR tradition. Why are we supposed to suppress our customs and traditions and our religion because a very few people want us to?

Hugh Screwy Reynolds • 1 year ago

With regards to churches, they are losing clientele due to their sex scandals, getting involved with political things & now going woke with BLM & LBGQT+

alan • 1 year ago

I fully agree..... BUT.... are we a majority anymore??? :(

Stoater • 1 year ago

Yes we are in the country as a whole.

Those who appease feed the crocodile in the hope you'll be eaten last - they hate you, make no mistake about that. You are in their way, you need to be eradicated.

Vincent Bate • 1 year ago

They've just given me the exact reason to celebrate Christmas all the more. Who knew celebrating a tradition could be an act of defiance against these evil scum?

Geoff Lazell • 1 year ago

Jusus H Christ! Is there no end to this 'diversity and inclusion' crap? This is a (supposedly) Christian country (just - admittedly!) and guess what? - yes, we celebrate Christmas, being all about the birth of.... yes, you've got it - CHRIST. If you don't like the way we do things here, then feel free to piss off back to the 3rd world shithole you escaped from! I am absolutely sick of this!

Janice Lello • 1 year ago

Diversity is just another way to say we need more foreigners because there are too man white people in an almost 76% majority of white people in the UK.

Darren • 1 year ago

Only it doesn't matter if we're only just a Christian country as they quite freely celebrate Eid and Ramadam and any other non-christian religions festivals so they can go and get stuffed!!!

Bulls**t Detector • 1 year ago

They always make a point of acknowledging these 'alternative' festivals in the HoC. Condescending are sez, or cynical vote-chasers?

James Dannenberg • 1 year ago

This hostility to celebrating Christmas openly does not come from Muslims and other religions. It comes from the atheistic secular elite who have been working tirelessly since the 1950s to eliminate Christianity from the UK.

Kath • 1 year ago

Absolutely, well said!!**** I really think now we, the people need to seriously do something about this problem - as more & more are being imported in by this government, border force & RNLI!! Also, far too many visas given out by the mostly foreign workers at the Home office!!!

Stoater • 1 year ago

It isn't the incomers who are doing this.
They are mostly white, middle class communists, the same type of people who are blocking the roads.

ExpatDavid • 1 year ago

What a load of absolute bollox from the enemy within.

Stoater • 1 year ago

This idiocy is being pushed by woke, white communists all of them very privileged.

Stoater • 1 year ago

I'm an atheist but I value our Christian culture.
Who cares about inclusivity ?
It is meaningless.
If you don't like what we do here just LEAVE.
I have known Jewish people who celebrate
Christmas as well as their own feast days.

Perhaps "asylum seekers" should have to sign a document acknowledging that they are coming to a country with a Judeo Christian heritage. Islam and Sharia law are not part of the UK's heritage so if they want to retain it they should not come to Britain.
