No just lawyers fees - estimated earnings lost due to restrictions, accumulated damages, psychological trauma, reputation damage, abuse of court processes and time wasting, etc. And why would the court allow this trial to last a whooping five years without any major decision??? That's a terrible justice system. He should sue for comprehensive damages.

Good news. Hopefully the judiciary will go further and strike out other bogus treason changes pending in the courts to redeem its battered image. Treason in Nigeria has been given ridiculous interpretation. It has actually lost its meaning.
