Hi Varma, Thanks for this. But, we are facing an issue. That, when copying a text with this symbol, it automatically converts to R instead of ₹. Can you look into this? Because of this bug, most of the generated pdfs & reports have R instead of that symbol. Can you please give some solution for this bug?
Hi Surya, thanks for trying out rupyaINR.
Actually when i tried to copy the converted symbol to a notepad or word document it seems to be working correctly. Also while using the Chrome print command the symbols are all maintained on the printed page.
Could you please share the website where you are using the rupyaINR, so that i can look into this.
What I do if I need to show only RS word not rupee symbol?
You just need to remove our script from the header and all RS word will be shown :)
Could you make a free supported extension for Opencart 2.0.x or later? That will be appreciated!
Sure, will try to make one for it..
But i think adding a single JS on header is much more easier :)
Yes :) it's easy and i added too but we have to save files locally on the server, it's stopping the data to be loaded on chrome due to cross origin policy, and we have to change each INR, Rs. from the php side before it was pushed, so hope you can make it out :)
Awesome and really quick simple way to implement the Rupee symbol without any over head effect on the website..
Thanks for building this.
You are welcome.. if got any feedback or suggestion to improve, do let me know :)
Thank Its Working
