Can i integrate bootstrap with rails 2?i trying to run..i cant seem

Hi Ajay, the asset pipeline was introduced in the Rails 3.1. You can refer http://guides.rubyonrails.o... for getting to know this.

If you really want to get it working with older version of Rails, then you can keep cs, jss resources in public directory and refer from there.
