doh, thank you for letting me know! you are correct. it seems i uploaded my first version which i actually did have fabricated and found out the flange was very much necessary...

Rich this is fantastic, I downloaded the file however there is no flange at the bottom in the .zip archive that you attached. Just wanted to let you know
