Of the three technical interviews I've had so far, one has asked me idiotic easy questions and the other two were "significant". Surprising thing is that the guy who gave me the interview with the idiotic easy questions said that a lot of people got them wrong. So, maybe you and I are just too smart for them!

And even though this doesn't make the elevator question any better, I have seen terrible terrible elevators that never went to the right floors before. :(

Good luck in 2014!

Sadly enough, the guy who gave the idiotic interview questions keep on giving me idiotic and easy ones that I walk out from the interview feeling a bit underestimated by him.

As for the elevator question, I do not dispute the complexity of the question or its effectiveness in accessing candidates' skills. I just feel that this so-called creative company could have done better; I expect them to come up with more creative questions (or creative methods) rather than just simply asking questions that you can easily find on GlassDoor or posts that has '[Insert big company's name here] interview questions will make you feel stupid or cry!~~' as a title.

Good luck to you too! Hoping that 2014 is going to be an awesome year for you as well! :)

I am really happy to know that 2013 had a positive brush on your sweet soul, I must say those experience are really valuable. I am really proud of you, because you owned up to all those challenges in the best ways possible. Don't listen to people who tell you you are too young, fuck those, they are afraid. There is a beauty to youth and versatility as the beauty to experience and wisdom. Both lead, and have different perspectives and freshness to add to the table. None are less capable, specially when it comes to what we do. I hope 2014 surprises you even more. I respect a lot how you didn't give up. Let me know how life goes :)
