The constitutionality of the trial is not the issue in any way shape or form and should not be a point used to decide if he is guilty or not of what he's been impeached over which is Incitement of Insurrection. The argument over the constitutionality of the trial is not for congress to decide, I would think it an issue for the courts to decide.

I really think the most important outcome of this trial will be the enormous evidence against dt that will now be made public and he will die, along with the GOP, from the public hearing the evidence.
