The statement put out by Garba Shehu is to conflict with the news coming out about Mr. Magu. It has been revealed that Mr. Magu or his lawyers have not been shown copy of the petition containing the allegations against and witnesses are cross examined behind his back, this goes against the criminal justice Act and his human rights being compromised.
