There are reasons I don't have a Faceplant or Tweeter account.

Facistbook, in what I have seen, has become mostly a platform for women to chat with other women about heir children, where they went shopping, at the gym (to say they are concerned for their weight) and recipes. I use it just to see how my family and nephews and nieces, are doing. I rarely post, but to wish others a happy holiday.

I mean if you never thought Facebook and Twitter were tools of leftist propaganda, well you should now. "Joining with Politifact"? Deferring to Snopes to "fact check" a Christian spoof site? It's no longer about serious objection anymore, it's about thought policing anything and everything.

Snopes flat out said, "Hey, we acknowledge we're writing this piece about a site and article that is obviously satire, but there are some people who believe it's true so it's necessary we debunk it."

There are people in the US who think Sandy Hook was a hoax, the South won the Civil War, the Moon Landing didn't happen, and Infowars is a trusted source for news. I guarantee you there was a sizable population of people who mistook Babylon Bee's joke as literal. Some people are just dumb. I don't think it's a knock on Snopes, it's a knock on all of us that Snopes was compelled to debunk the story because we're all idiots who will believe anything we see if it agrees with our preconceived bias.

Snopes should have a category - "Satire" but don't since progressives only believe what their handlers tell them to believe.

So what snopes.com and Facebook are admitting to here, albeit inadvertently, is that 'triggered liberals', who are the progressive left's supporters, are too dim to understand the difference between 'a joke' and 'truth'. I know that does not seem like a shocking revelation to most who follow these events but an interesting admission none the less.

Snopes says it's FALSE that Seth Rich sent DNC emails to WIKILEAKS (it hasn't been proven nor disproven yet but the overwhelming evidence is that he did).

That he was just part of a string of robberies (which doesn't pass the smell test any at all he was shot in the back and none of his valuables were taken).

That his assassination (that's right - he was assassinated) had nothing to do with Hillary or the DNC (yeah you believe that one right?).

Once again, Snopes is wrong. Satire isn't false. It's not true either. It's just fucking satire. Snipes most be pretty desperate if they're checking shit like this.

Snopes is wrong most of the time. I was shocked today (and I do mean shocked) when I looked up that story on the two versions of the Wall Street Journal and they had it listed as "true" and showed the papers side-by-side. I think that's the first thing I've seen on that site in three or four years that was correct.

Fakes? What about FAKEBOOK and their lies to get new members? I have never Fake Booked or twittered. Yet for the last 4-5 years they have told me I have 5 friends trying to find me and 8 new notifications. How can I have a message if I don't have a page????

I was getting that message every other day for over 4 years. Last month I started receiving a new spam from them that says I have 8 friend requests and 38 notifications. This is no more than attempt of phishing site so they can use your life as a milk cow for their money machine. It is as bad as being told I have 8 million from a Nigerian Price in the bank and I must contact "xyz" for instructions on receiving it. BWAH
