Looks like when i open the program it closes right after seeing the UI load in... can someone help?

It Does not set up just tells me i have an installer already running error cod 81 whats wrong

Sorted, had to uninstall creative cloud stop all processes regarding cloud ect in task manager then install from set up file, on completion create a catalogue file or it will not open dismiss the update file and away you go took a while but got there in the end

blue screened so uninstalled as it will not stabalise
