Indeed, I too have experienced the occasional time where I had to either kill the app or disconnect from WiFi and reconnect again to get it to find and connect to my Sonos Arc... that happened quite randomly and very sporadically.

Hi Pedro and Jamds,
@Pedro Thanks for tutorial / documentation! In general, I also have several VLANs based on Unifi in place, my Sonos products are mapped to one specific VLAN based on 802.1x.
Meanwhile, Ubiquiti integrated the mutlicast relay in its network application. However, I do experience the same issue as you guys described: Every now and then, I have to reconnect to WIFI again or to restart the SONOS app (android and ios).
Have you found the root cause for this behavior or even a solution?
I have carried out a cross check for almost every parameter in the Unifi network application, but I have not found any solution.

It would be great to have a response from you guys.
Thanks
Nicolas

Accidentally deleted my comment. Lame.

I wonder if increasing the TTL would help. I might try that next time I log in.
