Oh, I'd love to go on a hike like that! You certainly were hiking among giants. Love the cactus fruit lemonade. How cool is that. The scenery is spectacular!

Hi! Did you need any guide or is the hiking trail easily visible and you cannot get lost so easily? Thanks!

Paulina On the road • 4 years ago

Hey dear, I got lost because there were not many people. But during high season you just follow the other groups of people. Please remember booking your transfer back in advance. Enjoy a lot!

Beautiful pictures. Looks so much like Oman in the middle east. I never knew cactus fruit could be made into a lemonade. Great adventure I'd like to do someday.

thanks a lot Johann. I ve never been in Oman, but if it looks like Masca then I have to go I guess :)

What a great way to spend a day, I love exotic hikes, even more so when you are rewarded with views of crystal clear water and a cold beer. In fact, not so fussed about the water. I plan to go to Tenerife soon as will definitely be checking this out.

Thanks a lot Matt. The Masca hike is one of the real must-dos when in Tenerife. Let me know when your travel plans to Tenerife become more concrete and if you need some tips :)

It looks great! Your photos are amazing! And how about that Cactus fruit lemonade - that really sounds surreal. :) How was it, what does it taste like? :) Just love the trail and the view from that terrace, great landscape!

Thanks a lot for your comment. The cactus fruit lemonade was actually very tasty. First I bought it because of its vivid colour, but then I also liked the taste. The locals told me that it has many benefits for your skin and health. So when you travel to Tenerife, you should definitely give it a go :)
