After the Electoral college votes are counted by the Joint session of congress on the 6th they could potentially reject the count it then would take "2" actually, one from the House and one from Senate. Then it could potentially falls back to the 12th amendment "Bud"

One senator to challenge and then BOTH HOUSES OF CONGRESS TO VOTE. No way you're getting a Majority in the house which means this is over. Look it up.

Again, except below, it requires a vote of both houses to dispose of electoral votes.
