After High School, I spent 3 years in the military.
I spent 42 years in a steel mill.
My wife and I raised 3 successful kids and 5 of my 6 grandkids are doing well with college degrees. The other one is happy as a chef in Cincinnati. I and my wife paid for college for two of our kids. The third one dropped out and got married after one year. He later paid his own way through vocational school. He has a Heating and Air business now, doing very well He paid for college for his two kids.
I retired from that steel mill in 1999 and my wife retired from the postal service in 2004 after 29 years.
We are doing very well on our retirements and my Social Security.
My retirement plan provides my and my wife's health care.
Except for voting for Reagan once, I have been a Dem. all my voting life.
