Another case of the left making wild, unsubstantiated claims to try damaging people they don't like.

Cheyenne • 1 year ago

I think it's expected behavior now.

Lil Crack Hunter • 1 year ago

It's another racist attack by Democrats on an African American.

MinuteMan3 • 1 year ago

Too bad the J6 people don't have access to this level of legal firepower.

oldtimer • 1 year ago

No conservative can ever get a fair trial in Washington D.C., given the jury pool. However, Musk did well, considering his trial was in San Francisco. Somehow his attorneys found 9 sane people in that city.

MinuteMan3 • 1 year ago

The only real hope for "justice" in D.C. is on appeal. THAT is where the legal horsepower is needed. Most of the J6ers were forced to plead to lesser charges, under threat of far more serious ones. They knew they would get guaranteed convictions as Conservatives in a D.C. court, not having the funds to pursue an appeal.

toxicz • 1 year ago

...and no competent government funded DC attorneys who would agree to defend them

MinuteMan3 • 1 year ago

As far as Conservatives are concerned, D.C. "public defenders" don't.

toxicz • 1 year ago

DC leftist public defenders would not help any of them.

Putin needs to hit DC with everything he's got. I can provide Obama's home address.

Amen to that.

CONGRATS Mr. ELON MUSK ON ANOTHER VICTORY!!! I hope those who brought their BOGUS lawsuit will have to pay for legal fees, actual & punitive damages since that seems to be the creepy left ever learns from their own FOOLISHNESS and think TWICE+ before doing it to you and other ever again.

Burt Buchen • 1 year ago

Just wondering...Elon Musk is the second richest man in the world, his car company Tesla is one of the biggest sellers in the world, the United States government gives Tesla a tax break of around seven thousand dollars per vehicle to boost electric car technology. When does Elon have to start paying his own way? Just wondering.

Gregory Parker • 1 year ago

I thought, maybe I'm wrong, that the government did not provide a tax break for Telsa. Just the GM cars, of which I have never noticed one on the highway. Also, I don't own a Telsa and prefer gas as I tend to go on long trips hauling camping gear etc.

ThinkFirst40 • 1 year ago

Well Said Gregory Parker: And IF I may add, these attacks against Elon Musk have been extremely unfail, criminal and liable because he's not the democRATS water boy. I've been buying as much as I can afford on of TSLA stocks, options and watching those leftie democRATS/rino loons in their short and bearish positions get their butts kicked in the market... At least its' a partial down payment for all the Pain they've inflicted on my fellow Americans and the world...

I like you have always prefer gas vehicles, but the new CyberTruck coming out during 2024 (possible sooner) has got me taking a 2nd look at also going partial Electric. When you combine the new Solar Collectors that are hair thickness and 88% more efficient, the argument becomes stronger. There is presently an infrastructure being developed for Electric Vehicles.

ThinkFirst40 • 1 year ago

Burt, It would appear you've NEVER owned a successful company, nor had to take the HUGE Risk as did Mr. Musk. To say that "Elon have to start paying his own way?" because the people you unwisely trust like the same democRATS/rino who under the guise of "climate change" cult are not much different than those who push crack cocaine -- They laugh at you for being one of their suckers.

FYI: IF and when your opened enough to LISTEN before speaking out and/or posting, You should know that WHENEVER someone starts a business, the risk are HUGH; 90%+ of them fail within the first 5-years, that's IF the survive the first 3-years (70%ish fail). The cost of starting a New Business is a LOT of Work without compensation (for years) of any kind, large sums of cash & loans investments that have to be paid back, and one is just recovering from cost outlays. Oh, by the way, they are providing Jobs for othters.

As to real taxes paid before showing ANY Profit: In just providing wages and compensation to employees, venders, the government even if you don't have a profit. Just in Social Security alone, that's about 7.7% (Employer Pd: SS 6.20% + 1.5% MCare), add to that numerous Local, state, utility taxes and your claim of "Elon have to start paying his own way?" at the least is so WRONG in SO MANY WAYS...

Burt, with all due respect, your on an OAN platform where folks here only wish to help others succeed by presenting foundational truths in a world of Lies -- Be teachable and it will help you avoid being played as a useful idiot (Joseph Stalin) pawn for the EVIL purposes of democRATS/rino commie propagandist FOOLS...

Debbie • 1 year ago

Are you implying because Musk is going "green' with some of the autos he should not get a tax break although other companies are? Musk is paying his own way, he is just smarter than you and many others. You sound jealous.

Burt Buchen • 1 year ago

I'm just asking why American Taxpayers should pay $7,700 to $12,500 to everyone who buys a plug-in. What would it do for our economy if every buyer of a new American made fuel efficient gasoline car got a tax break?

Rob S • 1 year ago

What....like "cash for clunkers"? Obama already did that, Burt, in 2009.

realrepublican • 1 year ago

The prosecutors tried to hold Musk to a standard they apply to not one Democrat in a leadership position.

Elon Musk did a tremendous service for free speech when he exposed the truth about Twitter. Right there he gained a great deal of approval and support from truth seekers.

Debbie • 1 year ago

This is why the left is going after him. He endangers their agenda like Trump does.

Musk gets the Trump treatment.

"In his closing arguments [Tesla shareholders’ attorney Nicholas Porritt] told jurors their decision will come down to how they answer one question, “Do the rules apply to everyone, or can Elon Musk do whatever he wants and not face the consequences?” ..."

HEY! Maybe now we can look into Nancy and Paul's uncanny stock picks! The rules apply to everyone, right?

well.... not everyone.

Who is John Gault?

Ann Nymous • 1 year ago

I love that book, but sorry I do not believe Musk is remotely a John Gault. He is a WEF/UN/NWO/ CFR/Bilderberg/Club of Rome... puppet... You do not become the richest man in the world going against the grain...

Ed Leicht • 1 year ago

Prove it...

Ted Hernandez • 1 year ago

Maybe bring something to the table to justify your demand?

Ed Leicht • 1 year ago

You made a statement...burden of proof is on you, not me...: )

Ted Hernandez • 1 year ago

So did you... No matter which way you want to be cute about it.
So let's read your basis for your query.
Or do you want someone else to do your homework?
:>)

Ann Nymous • 1 year ago

Musk is the Golden Boy of the WEF. All these little Musk followers would have to dow is internet search Musk and the WEF. Anyone associated with that organization is a puppet of the controllers, but I do not want to break their hearts.

Ed Leicht • 1 year ago

Stop trying to sound educated and put up the proof...lib/coms always deflect when they cant give an answer...: )

My my such the wannabe astute self impressed clown.
Produce yur crap or zip it.

Ann Nymous • 1 year ago

I see on your profile all your comments are locked up again. We sure share that in common. I never have blocked anyone, no matter how annoying, but I guess some cant take hurt feelings. I guess we make too many enemies, but my enemies have left me alone for a couple of weeks now...

Ted Hernandez • 1 year ago

I wasn't aware that my coments were blocked.
Oh well...I was coming to your defense a bit here...Seems that two clowns were attempting to gang up on ya...as per one..A supposed intellect.
Any how good to cya!
Also I have to side with ya as per Musk.
No one gets to his tier without a leg up.
But I like his direction to an extent.
Be well you!

Ann Nymous • 1 year ago

Thank you, Ted, and who says chivalry is dead, though it is not necessary. I can quite easily handle a couple of, what do they call them these days, "snowflakes" I think it is. I do appreciate the effort.

I really do not have a thing in this world against Musk. I like the part he plays in the drama. I would love to believe he is the man he portrays, but no, my instinct and every bone in my body tells me, he is only playing a part in the narrative. It is always a pleasure chatting with you... Take care, with love, ann

ramfire98 • 1 year ago

In other words, you have nothing. So follow your own advice and ZIP IT.

Ted Hernandez • 1 year ago

Go back to sleep.

Ann Nymous • 1 year ago

If they wanted more proof that he is a shill, all they have to do is listen to a few of his talks. He talks out of both sides of his mouth. This guy is constantly preaching that AI is a serious threat to humanity, but he marches right on trying to put chips in peoples heads. If IA is a threat, then why is he in front of the pack?... I am sure I am not telling you anything you do not know. It is for the fleas that are on your back... Great seeing you, Ted.

Rob S • 1 year ago

Chips in people's heads are intended to use human intelligence, not AI. Musk is trying to make, for example, connections between brains and bodies that were severed or damaged by spinal injuries or defects. That's not AI, its just using computer hardware to establish connections between human brains and bodies.

Ann Nymous • 1 year ago

I do not have anything against Musk. I sincerely hope I am wrong, but this is the man putting 5G in the skies, and no, I have seen a couple of articles talking about how his implants will be able to connect with the internet and the web. This is the mergence of man and IA, what he deems a threat to humanity... Again, I do hope I am wrong for all our sake.

Ted Hernandez • 1 year ago

Wat are you that clowns brother?
Sand box mates?
Take a hike already.

Ed Leicht • 1 year ago

Proof you are exactly what I stated...name calling and deflection are all lib/coms have so have a cookie sweetie...things will get better when Trumps back...bye!...: )

Debbie • 1 year ago

I don't know who John Gault is nor do I care to research him. Not sure what your long babble is about but I smell an insult. Musk just got rich because he is intelligent, makes good business deals, invests $$ in the right places is all. Has nothing to do with "going against the grain."
