Dear Mark, forgive the doubt for sounding basic but I am still a beginner in the field.

When adding the PRTG API url to include DataSource in Grafana, is the following sixtaxes correct?

https://myprtg.domain.com/a...

As you well commented in the original GitHub post, this detail is not clear, at least for min.

Thank you very much for your attention and your support.

Dear Nick, thanks for the explanation and I had the same issue with passhash instead of password. Now the Data source is saved (and no more exclamation mark). Unfortunately creating graphs fails for me since Group, Sensor, Host and Channel fields are empty.
If you know of any solution i'd be a happy man. In the mean time i'll work on other ideas to help me out. Thanks!

Hi Mark,

I'm glad you found this useful.
I haven't had that problem myself, but I'd start by checking that the PRTG user you created for Grafana to use has sufficient permissions (mine is a PRTG Administrator).

I'd also double check that you've created the registry item correctly as documented here https://github.com/neuralfr... possibly even with a reboot of the PRTG server for good measure.

I'm having the same issue. I'm running PRTG v16 and grafana 5.3.2. were you ever able to figure it out?

Thank you!
