Get your facts right. the Namibian authorities DID NOT ban MLC. That is just misleading information.

News Online Income • 3 years ago

Dear L.A.N.O,
If you don't believe us, just ask with the concerned department in Namibia. Actually, it is has been started by the Banking Institutions in Namibia. An assessment by the Bank of Namibia (BoN) concluded that the MLC247’s business model contravenes Section 5 (1) (b) and 55A of the Banking Institutions Act. Based on the bank’s assessment, the business model of MLC247 is not sustainable and will result in the loss of public funds. Even the BoN’s deputy director, Kazembire Zemburuka has warned about this company. MLC247’s business model is found to be in breach of the Namibia’s banking laws and actually it is not only illegal in Namibia, but it's business model is illegal in all countries because it is a cash gifting scheme, the combination of Ponzi and Pyramid schemes. If you still don't believe us, just Google it, you can find lots of reputed news channels have posted this news.

Warning is one thing, banning is another. I am Namibian and it is not banned, come on now. Inform people with accurate information.

Dear L.A.N.O,
It seems you still don't understand. Namibian banks regulatory not only issued warnings but banned to do the transaction related with MLC247. You are saying you are Namibian. If so, then go and ask with Bank of Namibia about MLC247, then you will be more clear. And also ask with the concerned department who handles the financial policies within your country to be more clear.

SMH.. "Recently, Namibia has banned this company declaring it as an illegal company which is enough to prove it is an illegal company" that is what you wrote..
Rephrase your statement if you don't mean it that way. It is misleading. Transaction relations is one thing, banning a company is another

Dear L.A.N.O,
Bank is the legal and regulated entity in any country and if bank banned to do the transactions with some company, then that means that is government decision to banned that company. On top of that, the business model of MLC247 itself is illegal in every country, so we really don't understand what you want to prove by arguing in one line instead of getting the whole picture. OK, no more discussion now, we are too busy to explain same thing again and again. It is better you just go and ask with legal authorities yourself in your country, they will explain you in detail. Actually, it is also a crime to support illegal companies, so you better care yourself. If you don't know, then in the past people who involved in such schemes have faced lots of legal issues and even some of them are behind the bars. When legal authorities takes the action against these kinds of companies, they sometime also take the action to those who are supporting and promoting it. So, instead of arguing with us, better you care for yourself, otherwise you also can face a big legal problem in the future.

You making up things again..
Who said i am supporting what they're doing? I simply pointed out that you are reporting misleading information. Me getting into legal trouble by pointing out something i know isn't correctly reported got to be new. I know our law. I know what is right and what isn't. But just report the write the facts.
FYI i do take care of myself .. Have a good day.

Hi, how is ML247 now?

L . A. N. O. 🇳🇦 • 3 years ago

Hello, and i should know this because....?

Jonah Mutuyele • 3 years ago

Well, just asking to anyone with info, your previous comments that made me ask gave me the thought of, you know more about it especially with regards to its stance in Namibia, so i thought you would give some update.

Has it been banned as the initial post suggested over the two month period or still the same as you have stated earlier?
Did it collapse as the writer stated it will?

So am just asking to be more informed cos its the reason i ended up finding this post anyways.

L . A. N. O. 🇳🇦 • 3 years ago

Okay.... I don't know if you read my comments, i said the site wasn't banned ( that was at the time i wrote the comments) you are writing me 2 months later and it is. I didn't say it was NOT going to shut down, i said it wasn't banned AT THE TIME.

OK, it seems you don't want to understand anything, just want to argue without any point. So, have a good day, take care, bye.
Good Luck!

Hi News Online Income,

I read the whole review. I have to say I did learn a lot like, at this moment in time it appears you can make some money, but - you can also lose everything if you are not careful.

Yes! I could not believe Namibia outlawed this solely online company. You are very right when you say it is only a matter of time before it collapses! The many people at the broader downward scale of this pyramid will be left high and dry. This is not nice especially when you are blinded by seemingly legit proofs of payment in the here and now.

I would never join something like this because I would be too nevouse my $1000 would dissapear at any moment in time, and but it is illegal, you have no come back. I wish MLC's new members all the best of luck.

Thank you again.

Regards,

Philip.
