Ordered two Free watches. They sent me a tracking number that has not been updated in 9 days. It has been 15 days since I ordered my watched. No watches so far. Emailed them, no response. No way to contact via phone. I understand from reading many reviews since then that I got ripped off in the sense that I way overpaid for junk. now it is looking like the junk is never going to be delivered. WIsh I had seen your site first. I hate this kind of stuff.
Dear Daniel,
So did you get your watch or not? Can you update us?
Ok i just lost 26 Dollars for shipment. My bad. In future i will do the research for this kind of sites .
My bad
But thanks for explaining
At least now you know. We are sorry to hear that you lose your 26 USD with Mocelli.
Oh my, I just Ordered two watches a while ago, I have not receive them yet.
Like you, many people haven't got their watches from Mocelli.
they even make you order two watches.
This is the old sunglasses scam from the 80s that used to run in magazines. On the ads they showed pictures of really nice expensive looking sunglasses. All you had to do was pay shipping. What you got was VERY CHEAP plastic copies of those pictured sunglasses. It was not outright fraud because they did provide what they promised but the quality was poor. Think about the pictures of Big Macs in the McDonalds advertisements. Have you ever actually seen a Big Mac served that was so carefully well put together? No. It is called marketing. That is what these companies selling watches claim as well and technically they are correct. You will almost certainly get a watch but it won't be worth whatever shipping cost they charge you. And customer service for complaints and returns will be nearly non-existent or so frustrating you will give up. It is a sleazy business model for a sleazy world.
The infomercials of today or "as seen on TV" products play a similar scam with their "but wait if you order now we will double your order - all you pay are the extra SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES". Those extra charges for shipping and handling will be in excess of the value of the "free" item. Scuzzy? Certainly. Illegal? Not usually.
You are welcome Franky :)
Well hi all YES I did the same thing but I ordered 2 watches last February still haven't received nothing it is such a scam!!!!!! NOT COOL Pam W
