i own 2 homes free and clear. i recently went under on a restaurant i was buying. i have roughly 7000 debt and am looking for a secured loan since my credit has really drop to a horrible rating due to lack of being able to pay debts. i am employed and have been at my job for 12 years. i had my credit up to 650 before the loss, now i am in the 480-500 range. my homes are valued at 155k. can anyone lead me in some direction for help?
