GMO labels are required in South Africa. Almost all maize products in South Africa will have "may contain GMO" on the lable. Difficult to find non GMO maize anywhere in the country.

Sorry, Australia DOES NOT have real GMO labelling....if only! Our current laws DO NOT include "highly processed products such as oils, starches and sugars from GE crops; and
meat, milk, cheese and eggs from animals fed GE feed" So that's just about everything on the supermarket shelves! Our Food Standards organisation FSANZ seems way too close to the corporate growers and pesticide pushers like Monsanto to be objective. I'm a consumer and I have a right to choose. Lots of ordinary people are really angry over here in OZ.

Jordan requires labeling? Yeah and we in Jordan NEVER read the labels. I mean it makes 0 difference.

This just in itself, is evidence in itself that the elected members of both house and senate, and the President are owned by big business.
South Africa also dont have GMO label required on products
