The method in this post was working in the past. Now, it is not working anymore. I have to enter the ibus command on the console every time. Even so, Myanmar keyboard is not working properly. My Linux System is "Ubuntu Mate 17.01" (i.e. gnome 2 interface) on Intel i7 laptop. Please help me how to resolve this issue.

installed လုပ္ထားတဲ့ software ေတြကိုုု ဖယ္လိုရပါတယ္။
ပံုမွာျပထားတဲ့ အတိုင္ပဲ remove ကို ႏွိပ္လိုက္ပါ။

hello...When I tried the last command(gsettings set org.freedesktop.ibus.panel show 0), i got this error-- "(process:9504): dconf-WARNING **: failed to commit changes to dconf: The connection is closed". I'm using ubuntu 16.04.

I am having a problem when i run make install "ibus-table-createdb: command not found". It is in linux mint.

Please install "ibus-table" package.
sudo apt-get install ibus-table
