Having played a lot of Historic Brawl recently, where Rusko has been everywhere, I kinda get the Panharmomicon hate. It looks like WotC has FINALLY fixed the problem after like 2 months, but the problem wasn't that the card was unbeatable, it was the feel bads. I feel like Norn could have been a 1W 1/3 Torpor Orb or a 1WW 1/4 Panharmonicon, but forcing people who want to jank into stax while making the CMC too high to be relevant in 60-card formats is the worst of both worlds.
