The whole world knows this is how the US is. Only Americans need to find out what kind of devil their government is. Founded on massacre, built by slavery but calls itself land of God. That is indeed the land of the Devil.

I'm no lawyer, but I assume that the court can accept testimonies from credible witnesses,(such as Hersh), as evidence.
