Very good points Micah. Our judo move should take out the main weapon of ISIS. The main weapon of ISIS (actually their only weapon) is the availability of people ready to blow themselves up or face certain death for their cause. It takes real, burning anger to do that. Remove the anger, and you remove the weapon of ISIS, and ISIS itself. Of course this is the best long-term strategy. Unfortunately it doesn't work in the short-term.
