Hey Kristeen, thanks for pointing that out. Do you mean the 'DiSC' that I was referring to in this post and every other materials I linked to are actually 'DISC'?

Just FYI, the version of DISC you took isn't the DiSC with the little i. DiSC ® is a registered trademark of Wiley & Sons. There are many assessments based on the DISC model. So Everything DiSC differs in reliability, validity and testing from the version of DISC The Rainmaker Group and others offer. The content you link to at DiSCProfile.com refers only to the Everything DiSC and DiSC Classic assessments. Confusing, I know, but I thought you might want to use the correct names.
