I am entirely new to both Rust and Elm and sort of not wanting to end up using an in-development languages. I was particulariliy intersted in PWA via rust a this point in time and not sure if this the is right direction to explore via rust. But in more generic way tryin to find my way towards some sort of confluence where the code is C++/Rust based performance in addion to Mobile/Desktop UI support done entirely in the language itself.
