I did all that and still huge battery drain. After uninstalling Whatsapp Business (the other Whatsapp untouched) my battery life now are pristine. I can suspect that there is a huge bug in that piece of software, unfortunately. Meta needs to investigate this in-deep and share us a solution. Not installing back until there's a real fix for this.
