The construction industry’s in a mess right now, mostly because it's stuck in outdated ways and struggling with new tech. This is leading to big delays and cost overruns. A lot of projects are falling apart because planning and execution aren't lining up. To fix this, we need to update our tools (example: Connecteam, Procore, Toggl, etc), streamline processes, and embrace tech more. Basically, it’s time for the industry to modernize and adapt if we want to get back on track.
