Man, these comments... "leftist Muslim Indonesian" "The IRS is a private Corp" "Tax Laws aren't real" My god, you people are loons and idiots.

Jake • 5 years ago

People have to learn how to be a man and listen to Karl Lentz on how to bypass the legal society. Common law is your answer. Make a claim of harm, injury or loss. Require a man take the stand in your common law court. They have no man. Only actors.

KrSpo • 5 years ago

What common law are you talking about? If you are speaking of common law that was adopted and then changed by the US Colonies from England, then you're betting on the wrong horse just as those "Sovereign Citizens" are. Most common law has been rendered moot by statute laws that has been put in place by the US and State legislatures. The Constitution, once it was ratified, replaced most of the original adopted laws, and every new bill that becomes law also renders more understood or common law moot.

John • 5 years ago

If you are able to learn how to be a "man" you can use common law. Most only know how to be a fiction ie person/actor/Sovereign Citizens etc. America is a common law country. Make a claim using common law. A claim trumps a complaint. A complaint is all they can make against a "person/fiction". They have to answer your claim first and they cant. They have no man. It will take you some time to learn how because you've been convinced it's dead.

GeorgeWa1776 • 5 years ago

While defending yourself in an American court of law, if you call one of your potential witnesses in order to discuss the details of your defense, they put you in solitary confinement for obstruction of justice while not on a tarmac.
Everyone knows you have to bring up your grandkids or it's the big-house.

Ralph the Bus Driver • 5 years ago

Nope. But then the uninformed are always advised to hire an attorney to defend their case.

Manafort tried to influence his witnesses. By Manafort calling them to tell them what to testify to poisoned his ability to use them during his trial in September. He damaged his own defense with that move.

Noodle • 5 years ago

Claimed without evidence...

Though the left hopes that any conviction; even as in this case that is not even distantly related to Trump, somehow justifies their blind, mindless, baseless hate of Trump; theoretically at least, in the US justice system, defendants are allowed to mount a defence.

Simplynotred • 5 years ago

Too many variables to consider, you might be right, and in many cases likly wrong.

BAR lawyers are in violation of the Constitution
Article 1, Section 9, Clause 8. No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince or foreign State.

Bryan Erick Pattison • 5 years ago

You... you read what you posted, right? "from any King, Prince or foreign State" In most places it is required by law to associated with a state bar.

bluesky • 5 years ago

That's why they're in violation of the nobility clause of the Constitution, duh! Do Ewe 🐑 even know what BAR means?

GeorgeWa1776 • 5 years ago

Has anyone here ever filled out an application for a Real Estate loan? And are you aware that if you exaggerated your income, or understated your expenses, this could be held against you in a grand jury indictment from the FBI? Just even rounding off the numbers... 300 years in solitary.

Futile Destiny • 5 years ago

Now ya tell me?

Anonymous • 5 years ago

Of course. What would you expect? It's a federal crime to falsify these documents. When you "exaggerate" or "understate", this is properly called "falsifying".

Futile Destiny • 5 years ago

I wish someone had told me that sooner.

Tim Tribolt • 5 years ago

Has anyone here ever driven over the speed limit on a trip? Yeah most folks might go 5 or 10 MPH over the limit.

However Manafort was doing 210 MPH in a 45 MPH zone in a Bugatti he got through a fraudulent loan using money he laundered through a Cyprus bank from a Putin oligarch while talking on his cell phone to see if he could set up another gang-bang that would feature his wife.

That's what this trial was about. Fraud, tax evasion (that's what got Al Capone), bank fraud, money laundering, failure to register as a foreign agent while being the Trump campaign manager, and concealing foreign bank accounts against federal law.

GeorgeWa1776 • 5 years ago

My bad, I thought it was about collusion...

Futile Destiny • 5 years ago

They didn't call him led foot for nothin.

Ralph the Bus Driver • 5 years ago

The answer is "no".
Real Estate licenses are local. The FBI does not investigate or look into licenses. They are strictly a State concern.

bluesky • 5 years ago

Learn to read, he said real estate LOAN

Ralph the Bus Driver • 5 years ago

Yes. I stand corrected.

Financial institutions are insured by the Federal Government. That gives the FBI to authority to investigate and the DOJ to prosecute fraud.

Lying on a financial application is fraud. It hurts all Americans.

Simplynotred • 5 years ago

Making Errors in Judgement are we now.

That doesn't help your credibility, now does it?

Ralph the Bus Driver • 5 years ago

What errors in judgement? Manafort said he owned the property when he didn't. That isn't an error in judgment or a bit of confusion over a minor detail. He was getting a loan using collateral he was well aware that he did not own.

The correct charge is bank fraud.

bluesky • 5 years ago

Are all of you aware that every year you file a federal tax return, you sign for its accuracy under penalty of perjury? That means if you're a conservative and can't produce every single receipt, possibly 10 years from now, you go to jail.

Ralph the Bus Driver • 5 years ago

The 16th Amendment is properly ratified and the Supreme Court has approved it.

bluesky • 5 years ago

Bill Binson has 17000 documents proving the 16th amendment was never rat 🐀afied

Ralph the Bus Driver • 5 years ago

Take your hat off so everyone can see your point. The Supreme Court has responded several times that the Income Tax Act was properly ratified.

Now, I suspect your next move is to say the Supreme Court is unconstitutional.

bluesky • 5 years ago
