If you are speaking of common law that was adopted and then changed by the US Colonies from England, then you're betting on the wrong horse just as those "Sovereign Citizens" are. Most common law has been rendered moot by statute laws that has been put in place by the US and State legislatures. The Constitution, once it was ratified, replaced most of the original adopted laws, and every new bill that becomes law also renders more understood or common law moot.

If you are able to learn how to be a "man" you can use common law. Most only know how to be a fiction ie person/actor/Sovereign Citizens etc. America is a common law country.
