Everyone waiting for subs needs to know that we’re gonna be waiting for a long time, especially considering that the last ep of smtm7 still hasn’t been subbed.

A bit tmi, but the previous seasons (3-6) were subbed relatively quickly since there were some well known idols participating and there was interest from kpop fans. But, now that has decreased, so there really aren’t many people to sub shows like smtm and hsr.
Kim Nahae who has subbed a lot of the other seasons, plans on subbing this season and she’s gathering a team (you can find her on twitter).

you do realize u cant learn korean overnight right? all we want is to watch a show. There's subtitles for a reason.

I learned Korean and still need subs to make sure I'm correct on some parts. Learning languages is not easy for everybody nor does everyone have time to invest into it. Some actually go to school, have a job, have a home life, have a family and/or outdoor activities that they're heavily involved in. That's why subs are a thing and why a lot of overseas artists have translators

Same! Also they usually rap fast, use puns or references that I don’t quite understand so the message isn’t very clear. Still waiting for subs. 😭

Honestly I only care about the lyrics when they have the diss battles, I think it’s obviously good to understand song lyrics too but if subbers don’t want to sub because of the lyrics I wouldn’t mind watching without them subbed.

Y'all better be patience about the subs and support the people who wants to help, they don't get paid about this and you don't even know if they have time to do it but they still wants to help translating, editing etc takes a lot of time and especially when every single episode is almost 2h. i really hope this year more people get interest on making a sub team, anyway we love guys and we gonna wait for the subs even we never get them some of us are really thankful

Right now there is no official subs for this show like others. So this will not be sub soon I think.

apparently something happened with the official/old translation team and currently there is no one translating the episodes. I am slowly working on translating the episode by myself so be patience^^ subbing a 1hr/40min episode is really exhausting and takes a long time

Before people start asking why there aren't subs while other shows are subbed after a day - someone has to sub it, and if they do, the website will upload it here, but kshow123 DON'T DO IT THEMSELVES.
So if a regular person who happens to know Korean and English decides to do it, probably with a few more people to do the actual subs, editing, timing etc - which, btw, they aren't paid to do and it takes a lot of time - there will be subs and we'll all be happy and not complain how long it took.
