Hey, guys, on a completely unrelated topic to the trailer issue, but still about the film, I'm glad to share with you, fellow JP/JW fans, the incredible news that, after an online petition started by fans, right after they released the logo and title of the sequel in Portuguese (I live in Brazil), Universal has caved in and changed the appalling subtitle they'd come up with here in our country. I'll explain:

Back in June, they had released a logo with the title of Jurassic World 2. Where, in English speaking countries, there was a Fallen Kingdom subtitle, Universal Brazil had the "wonderful" (irony) idea of translating Fallen Kingdom into a whole clause, namely: "The Kingdom is Threatened" (of course, in Portuguese; but if I wrote it in Portuguese here you'd have no idea of the mess they made). Instantly, fans from all over our country reacted negatively about this horrible idea in the history of bad ideas. Like I said, a group of fans started an online petition and last Thursday, November 23, Universal simply introduced the new logo in the Brazilian website for Jurassic World. Funnily, they simply slipped it there, without making any single comment about the change at all. Now, in Portuguese, our new title is something equivalent to: Jurassic World: Threatened Kingdom, in which only the subtitle is translated, obviously.

We, Brazilian fans, are delighted to hear that. The first translation was just plain horrible. What do you guys think?

Nice track, but in the video it says Daryl L Lynn, but I believe the music will again be composed by Michael Giacchino, so I have my doubts if it's an official track. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Jurassic outpost, i have some amazing news for you! I have discovered that the soundtrack for the trailer/teaser is out! On YouTube it is called Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom | Epic Orchestral trailer music. I am very sorry if i am wrong if it is just fake, but it looks very professional. I'm not watching, or looking at, any trailers/promo photos for this one. I'm gonna wait until i'm sat in my UCI seat with my popcorn on my lap & 3D glasses perched on my nose, simply because I want to enjoy every minute of it.
I'd practically seen Jurassic World by the time all the trailers & TV spots had been released...It kind of spoilt the surprise.

Thats exactly what I meant with my comment. After such a long wait for the fans, the make this stupid mistake of preparing the fans for the trailer a week too early and they still hold the (probably already finished) trailer back until the 7th. So stupid! Except your own mistake and the excitement you caused for the fans with that mistake and release it this thursday, Universal

Lol this is the internet, the trailer announcement video will be back online by Thursday. Hundreds of people (at least) will have saved a copy of the video the minute it went up.

I am wondering why Universal has waited so long to show anything. In 2015 we received the first trailer on Thanksgiving. I have to wonder if maybe the film isn't turning out the way they hoped? You would think promotions would be prepping for a full swing marketing campaign.

My only other theory is that Avengers is dropping on Thursday and they didn't want to compete.

No, this is good. With Jurassic World they showed us so much trailers and stuff, that when the movie came out, we already saw almost everything big.
Seems like they're not making the same mistake again. And that's good.

Jurassic world was released on jun 12th. Fallen kingdom is going to be the 22th. Even if the traoler came way later in comparison that is not a reason to worry that the movie is not good. Have some patience and trust... although they should relese it already. Its ready and they made a bad mistake. They should compensate it

A trailer comes a month later than the previous sequel and people just strt assuming this like "i'ts not going the way they hoped" and "they think it's going to bomb", I know you personally didn't say that one, it is just another example of some of the things I have seen people comment just because they didn't get a trailer when they wanted it.

You're lying. Tell us the truth. Is it really going to be released on Thursday or are you just making that up?

We are not lying - Universal mistakenly released a series of assets on a press sever that said "This Thursday" -- however, they have since been removed and will likely be re-uploaded before December 7th.

Too bad for the false alarm, though I hope they pull a surprise like Trevorrow did with the JW teaser 3 years back.

What a FAIL they released this teaser for the trailer way too early by accident!! We all got hyped af thinking that we would get the trailer in two days and now we have to wait ANOTHER week + two days. So stupid, getting us all hyped by accident with a trailer we are waiting for for soooooooooo long and still sticking to their wrongly announced release date. C'mon, just relase the trailer this thursday already!! >:(
