If so, why do you all identify yourselves with these numbers? How do you "deal with it"?

These assaults on civilians has been going on for many years. The victims refer to themselves as targeted individuals, the use military grade electronic warfare is just one of the many crimes being committed.
In my case the crimes tremendously escalated in 2012, just one day after a Federal and state raid on my property in Anchorage Alaska, I awoke the next morning to 24/7 stalking, harassment, home break-ins, druggings, vehicle tampering, arson, etc, that has followed me across the United States.
All of these crimes except for the assaults with microwave weapons were also carried out in the FBI’s Cointelpro operations that were exposed in the 1970s. Many civilians have died in these assaults as the cointelpro crimes in the 1950s-1970s also led to the FBI murdering civilians.
These criminals and those working alongside of them in the NSA, DOJ, HLS, Infraguard, Citizen Corps, Fusion Centers, police need to be brought to justice.
