The NPAs will not kill Duterte. He justify their existence. NPA leaders are happy because Duterte makes recruitment of new NPAs easy. Some even come voluntarily. The NPA also get the sympathy of the marginalized who are relatives of victims killed by police or military.

The drug lords will not kill Duterte. He only kills the users but protects the drug lords.

Fentanyl gives Duterte too much hallucinations, he killed poor people and abused his critics so he imagines he'll be murdered. Anybody who kills him will be a hero.
