Great article. Clearly written. We do have a Department of Energy, however under-managed and (now) under-staffed it may be. I have written my Senators and Congress-people to monitor what's happening there. Not much response which is a big problem right now: no one wants to hold the Pres. accountable. So, this information is key for people to have, so appropriate legal actions may be taken.
