The court researched the Belfour Declaration, International Law and Regional Law before making its ruling.
If Netanyahu is unable to form a government and Gantz is given the chance to use the Arab Joint Party to makeup his government and is able to get the required amount of seats, he will not annex the settlements and will go back to looking for a two-state solution for the Palestinians. Gantz is liable to also consider letting the Palestinians have East Jerusalem for their capital. If the other parties want to save Israels sovereignty and see Israel grow, they need to get behind Netanyahu and help him get the required seats in the Knesset to form his government. Netanyahu has promised to annex the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea Area and has already said that Jerusalem would never be split and made Jerusalem the capital of Israel.

As far as I'm concerned, Arab towns near the annexed lands can vote whether to pledge loyalty to Israel and become part of the country, or remain with the corrupt/dictatorial PA. Given their penchant for shooting themselves in the foot, most of them will probably choose the latter. Israel won't have to worry much about demographics.
