Russia wants to be the only peace broker, removing the US presence and making Israel dependent on Russia's mediating role. With the purpose of reinforcing its military presence in Syria.

Russia needs stability with its own muslim populations

I agree russia is always up to something.I think we will be able to tell simply by if russia supplies there new s400 anti aircraft defense system in syria or not.if they do then they are not helping isreal and my guess is by doing so it would possibly severly limit isreals capability to hit targets,then russia ,iran,syria could form colition forces and use syria as a main base to attack and over take isreal.i mean look there right there at the border,you have iranian troops hiding in syrian army uniforms,i think we need to see how russia helps or doesnt help will determine there agenda.i strongly express that the united states needs to support isreal in all areas even military if needed,
