I fail to see how Islam is compatible with sustainable or green anything. The Muslim countries are choked with pollution, rife with lousy farming practices and still cling to outmoded, energy inefficient technologies. Israel is a world leader in sustainable agriculture and green technology.

Actually I did. First off I fail to see what the problem is with not wasting water, not wasting food and making better use of our resources. These are the sorts of things my Depression and WWII generation parents taught me. Secondly, I don't see any of these things being practised in Muslim countries. What is now Israel was a blighted wasteland under Islamic rule. It didn't prosper until Jewish people began returning en masse and exercising proper stewardship of the land to bring out its full potential. Churchill was correct in his assertion that every place where the "Prophet's" teaching prevailed was a benighted cesspit. As we see today, ISRAEL is the leader in green technology not only in the ME but in the world. Islam is NOT in actual fact compatible with anything "progressive"by any stretch of the imagination. It hates democracy, hates women and hates religious or personal freedom. However, deception is part of this ideology's credo. Why so many people bizarrely tolerate an ideology that despises all they hold dear? I think the answer lies beyond this world.

Sending hundreds of millions of Muslims into infidel lands, as per the second link, has nothing to do with Muslim countries or Israel, or their contribution to or deduction from world "sustainability:" It has to do with replacing the world's population with Muslims. Agenda 21 has the ultimate plan of reducing the world's population 80% - 95%; & Islam has proven to be the only thing able to consitently wipe out populations as it spreads. It also has no qualms wiping out its own populations.
