Driving reckless causing multiple dead should be an automatic jail not excuse. A vehicle is like pistol that way people need to obtain mental maturity and skill to use them. We all had done especially when young stupid dangerous driving but we also know well the consequences and penalty. The judge should consider that is much more that manslaughter in case like this.
